Delivery

Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door. WallsOnClick endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if WallsOnClick fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, WallsOnClick may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.


Lost in Transit

WallsOnClick endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if WallsOnClick fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, WallsOnClick may at its discretion charges you for additional shipping cost.

 

Refund & Returns

WallsOnClick shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. WallsOnClick does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by WallsOnClick. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or it’s an incorrect order.. The defective and/or damaged goods or incorrect order so received shall be communicated to WallsOnClick within 2 business days of its receipt. Any communication received after 2 business days of delivery shall not qualify for return. WallsOnClick holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@wallsonclick.com.
